Wrap it up!
When cooking fish or chicken, wrap and protect it with something that will also boost flavour. Think smoky bacon, courgette ribbons, or cured meats – like in my Prosciutto baked fish & garlicky beans.
Maximise space
Use the space underneath the air-fryer shelf! In my Sweet potato & black bean tacos, beans go in the bottom of the drawer, while sweet potato sits on the shelf above.
Crispy air-fryer roast potatoes
