Ingredients
50ml vodka
½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 teaspoon light runny honey
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
1 passion fruit
a few ice cubes
Prosecco
Top Tip
If you want to be able to make multiple drinks at once, batch up the vodka, vanilla paste, honey and lime juice the day before.
Method
- Frost a flute by filling it with ice. Mix the vodka with the vanilla bean paste, honey and lime juice, scoop in the flesh from the passion fruit, then give it a good shake over ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Remove the ice from your glass, then strain the drink into it. Top up with Prosecco and serve.
